Do I need to have a Protocol account to place an order?
No, it depends on whether you are an individual client or a company.
- If you are an individual client, you will make the order as a guest.
- If you are already a customer, you must log in with your username and password in the "Professional area" section.
- If you are not yet a customer, you are a company and you want to be, you can request registration in the "Professional area" section under "Unregistered customer".
What does the price of each item include?
All the prices shown on the website include VAT. Deliveries outside the European Union do not include any possible customs charges.
What is the minimum purchase?
There's no minimum purchase.
How do I know the status of my order?
Once the shipment is made, we always have the shipment tracking number. If you want to know the status and where your order is, contact us and we will let you know.
What happens if the order arrives in a poor condition?
