If the order arrives in poor condition, please contact us a.s.a.p and we will seek an urgent solution. You have a period of 10 working days from receipt of the product to communicate its return.

In order to accept your claim, you must meet the following requirements:

  • The item must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
  • You must include a copy of the invoice or delivery note indicating the item or items returned and the reason for the return. The transport costs in case of executing the return option will be at your expense.
